These surveys can be created via the admin They can be included on some pages or add them to folders and turn on the Forms infobox on your website for customers to see. Point them to the right survey or form. Also add forms to there accounts as well.
You can use this module to: - Create various Questionnaires, build virtually any survey you can imagine with Survey Wizard to guide you. All question types are supported
